Layout of Purbeck Hall & Tregonwell Hall at the BIC?

We have arranged both halls to allow for maximum exposure to all sector areas to provide a cross section of employers and sectors in each area.

Due to this aim, we unfortunately cannot reserve individual slots.

We will, however, take your preferences into consideration and request that you share these with us when making your initial booking.

We will provide you with information on your allocated stand number on the week leading up to the event.

Entry for event set up

We are pleased to allow access to the event venue in advance of the event.

Stand set up is available on the day before the event, Monday 17th March from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Unfortunately, we will not be able to allow exhibitors to set up on the morning of the event due to access restrictions in place for school bus arrival.
